Summary:

Jerry Cravens  spent almost 12 months helping us find our dream home on a 1 acre

lot in Glendale, Az. After purchasing our new home, he sold our existing

home (traditional sale) in 180 days on the market. This in a very

depressed and troubled housing and loan market.

In an area where REO properties rule the market right now and the

investment vultures are out to steal everyone of them away from a family

of 4 just looking for their dream home, Jerry was a HUGE asset to us. It

was clear early on our original realtor was completely lost trying to

navigate this ridiculous way of buying a home. We quickly learned after

talking (and switching ) to Jerry, he knows this market well and studies it

continuously. He is also very well connected with many of the asset

managers, banks and lending offices in the Phoenix and surrounding

areas. As well as very well versed and knowledgeable of the game.

Without Jerry's expertise, I am convinced we would have given up on

finding our new home as were not willing to settle.

As for selling our old home. We had over 60% equity in the home and

were in a position to negotiate. However, with all of the newly created

government lending laws this too was not easy. Again, Jerry worked

tirelessly including a few weekends networking and navigating through

the many totally ridiculous lending laws and requirements that threatened

to kill the sale not once but 3 separate occasions, once we finally found a

qualified buyer. This probably would have killed a lesser realtor. I know it

damned near did me.

I would highly recommended Jerry to anyone I know looking to buy or sell

a home in this area.
